Watford project

The Watford project is a new build, ground up development. We bought the site in November 2018 with planning permission in place for four 1-bed apartments. This is a joint venture project with Eco Build Group who are also the main contractor on the project.

The site was initially a warehouse behind a commercial building, which was demolished prior to us purchasing the site.

We started the foundation works in February 2019 due to party wall issues and challenges with the Health & Safety sign off and also due to underpinning. These issues were dealt with methodically by Romey Chopra and the contractor Eco Build Group and a way forward was agreed.
