We have been awarded planning permission (on appeal) to create an additional dwelling at 1 The Green, Bracknell RG12 7BG. Currently the house is a 5-bedroom semi-detached house (7-bed HMO) and is in need of complete refurbishment; a new heating system, new pipe work and electrics and cosmetic upgrade.

The overall project is to create an additional dwelling house by extending the existing 5-bed detached house with a double-storey back and side extension and a further single storey extension.

On completion of the building works we will have TWO dwelling houses; the existing house will be a four-bed terraced house (6-bed HMO) and the new structure will be a three-bedroom end of terrace house (5-bed HMO).
